Using The System
- All system items are listed on the left side of the screen. Just click your desired selection.
- Remember to use the horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen to scroll to the right and left. [click, hold and move the bar]
- Also remember to use the vertical bar at the right of the screen to scroll to the top and bottom. [click, hold and move the bar]
- If you are using Internet Explorer press [F11] to toggle the Full Screen option.

Making Purchases
- Consider which items you want to buy.
- Click on More Info... to view the entire product description.
- Click the Add to cart after you decide to buy.
- Input the quantity of that product if you want to buy more than 1 item.
- Click check out when you ready to buy.
- Fill out the Shipping information then click Next.
- If necessary select which Shipping Method then click Next.
- Fill out the Credit information. Sorry...so far we just except Visa and MasterCard only. We are working on it for more features.
- Enter your Billing and Payment information.
- Final step is to verify your shipping and billing addresses as being correct. Then click the Submit buttom to process your order.
You will receive your invoice paper within one day by our email. Strick Funding & Software should be notified no later than 30 Days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. All Products have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty only and is not guaranteed by Strick Funding/Software, however we will provide you with information where to return your defective product for replacement.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid & will be shipped back freight prepaid.
- A note explaining the problem or situation & a copy of your invoice would be helpful to expedite your return.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your returns to be processed.

Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.

Exchanging Merchandise
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 30 days ago.
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
